HealthWallet is only provided as an employee benefit through employers that have subscribed to it's service
If your employer has provided HealthWallet to you as an employee benefit, to access your benefits and resources you can download ‘The Health Wallet’ from the App Store and login with either your:
- Date of Birth and Social Security Number, or your
- Date of Birth and Member ID
An easy way for you to find the app to download it is to click on this link from your mobile phone: get.thehealthwallet.com
If you are unable to login in using either your SSN and birthdate, or your member ID and birthdate, and your HealthWallet benefits have just started, please note that there could be a couple of days of enrollment delay. If you have had benefits for quite some time, please contact your Benefits Administrator to for further enrollment assistance.
Tip - Member Services contact numbers are usually found on the front or back of your card. If they are not, please contact your HR officer for more information.
