• HealthWallet is only provided as an employee benefit through employers that have subscribed to it's service and is not available to directly to individuals.
• HealthWallet does not support the upload and storage of Covid vaccines or medical records.

If HealthWallet is provided as a benefit through your company, you do not need to register.

To access your benefits provided by your employer such as telehealth, and resources you can download ‘The Health Wallet’ from the App Store and login with either your:

1. Date of Birth and Social Security Number, or your
2. Date of Birth and Member ID
